Payment options
Checks, cash, and credit cards are the accepted forms of payment. Payment is expected at the time of the inspection or prior. (Fees are slightly higher for credit card payments in order to cover processing costs.)
Credit card instructions
If you wish to pay by credit card, scroll to the bottom of the page, select an inspection type from the drop down list, and click the Add to Cart button. Another page will open showing your selection. If you need add another type of inspection, such as a pool inspection, click Continue Shopping. (You will be asked if it is OK to close that window. Click Yes.) Add the rest of the services you need following the same steps.
IMPORTANT!
The price you see in the dropdown list for "Home Inspection" is the price per square foot. In the shopping cart screen, enter the square footage of the home into the quantity box.
INSPECTION FEES
Lower home inspector fees should be regarded with suspicion, as they often identify those who are new to the business or who do not spend sufficient time performing the inspection.
